Contract Definition:

1. Purpose of the contract.
The affiliate accepts at the moment of filling the signup form, to become part of the Haffiliation.com affiliate program which endeavors the sending of traffic of clients from other websites to the Haffiliation.com websites promoted, paying comissions over the sales made from the actual or future products/servicese comercialized at the Haffiliation.com websites.
                                2. Registration and definition.At the time it introduces its data the affiliated web site agrees to form part of the Haffiliation.com affiliation programme which endeavours to boost customer traffic from other Internet sites towards Haffiliation.com, by paying commissions on the sales of current and future products/services which it commercializes on its Internet web site.
                                3. Control system.
Haffiliation.com will provide an affiliate identification number which will enable the web servers to detect the visitors coming from the affiliated web site. The affiliated web site is responsible for inserting this identification number into its links towards Haffiliation.com This identification number is granted automatically at the time of affiliation. In addition, at the time of registration in the programme, the affiliate is requested to choose a password which, together with the affiliation number, will give access to a control panel which contains statistics on the customer traffic directed from the web site of the affiliate to Haffiliation.com, as well as information on the purchases which are made through the affiliate.
                                4. Responsibilities of the parties.
The webpages promoted by Haffiliation.com are respisible for:
-	The purchase order process, collection, forwarding of material and customer attention.
-	The resolution of claims.
-	Providing an information system with the results of the programme for the affiliate.
The affiliate is responsible for the following:
-	The maintenance of its web site.
-	The inclusion of the links with the respective identifying number of the affiliate so that the programme can control the results coming from its web site.
- The maintenance of quality content which does not harm the image of Haffiliation.
- The correct use of the image and information which are provided by Haffiliation.com, and these cannot be used for purposes other than those which are stated in this contract.
-	The full legality and updated nature of its content and the copyright of all its material, codes, programmes, licences, images or any material which might have copyright.
                                5. Payment and commissions.
The comission depends on the type of product to be promoted.
Haffiliation will pay through PayPal or bank transfer (if  any of the payment methods is interrupted for any reason, an alternative method will be used and a notification to the affiliate will be sent prior payment), to the email or bank account provided by the affiliate during the signup process.
A deduction will be made for every bank transfer made.
Haffiliation.com will notify the affiliate by e-mail of the total of its commissions so that the affiliate can send an invoice with the relevant VAT to the following address:

                                HaffiliatiON will communicate the total amount of the commissions on the first days of the following month for the sales made, so that the affiliate can prepare the invoice. The deposit will be made 7 days after the reception of the invoice.
This invoice can be sent in a digital format (MS Word or PDF) in order to accelerate the process.
                                6. Price and commissions policies.
The websites promoted by Haffiliation.com reserve the right to change their price politics, transportation conditions and comisions at any time. HaffiliatiON.com will always try to maintain a stable strategy and notify all the affiliates of any further change with at least 7 days of antelation.
                                7. Revocation of affiliates.
HaffiliatiON.com reserves the right to revoke the condition of affiliate as regards any of these. This revocation can be unilateral with no possibility to claim and the acceptance of this contract entails this. The revocation can be due to any of the following:
-	Breach of the conditions stipulated in this contract by any of the affiliates (Content and orientation de of its web site, negligent or inappropriate use of the communication material of HaffiliatiON.com.com or any other reason which HaffiliatiON.com deems to be inadequate).
-	The use of unauthorised techniques such as spam or those in which the emitter is not clearly defined or the visitor is deceived.
-	The unilateral decision of HaffiliatiON.com.com to change its commercial strategy in any way.
-	The use or presence of illegal content on the web site or the use of material or work without copyright authorization.
                                8. Duration of the contract.
The contract signed by HaffiliatiON.com and the Affiliate commences at the time of the acceptance and forwarding of this contract and terminates by the decision of any of the parties with no need to submit a cause or reason justifying this decision. Once the contract terminates, the affiliate must immediately withdraw any link, connection, visual material, logo or any other kind of material from HaffiliatiON.com or any of the promoted products. Any commission gained after the contract has been cancelled will not be paid. The party who wishes to cancel the contract will communicate its decision to terminate this contract by e-mail. On the finalization of the contract, HaffiliatiON.com will adjust and pay the commissions gained by this affiliate, bringing these commissions up to date. Haffiliation.com will not adjust or pay the commissions which have been fraudulently generated and reserves the right to determine which commissions are of this kind and the reasons why they are considered to be fraudulent.
                                9. Modifications.
Haffiliation.com reserves the right to modify any of the points in this contract at its discretion and with no previous warning. These modifications will be sent by e-mail to its affiliates. If any of these modifications are unacceptable for any of the affiliates, their sole recourse is to cancel their affiliate accounts at Haffiliation.com, renouncing any legal claims.
                                10. Relationship between the parties.
Haffiliation.com and the affiliate are independent parties and the acceptance of this contract does not entail any type of joint venture, association, franchise, sales representation or employment relationship between the two parties. This is not an agency contract. The relationship between the two parties is based solely and exclusively on the points in this contract.
                                11. Limitation of liability.
Haffiliation.com is not liable for any damages as regards this affiliate programme.
                                12. Claims.
Haffiliation.com will not accept claims of any kind concerning the operating of the Haffiliation.com web site, errors, interruptions or closedown of the service of any kind whether these are due to Haffiliation.com or to a third party subcontracted by Haffiliation.com
                                13. Acceptance of our control system.
With the acceptance of this agreement, the affiliate accepts our system for controlling visits, sales and commissions, and there is no possibility of legal claims against this system. This means that the number and amount of visits, commissions and payments which Haffiliation.com presents are considered to be valid and there is no possibility of legal claims. Nevertheless, Haffiliation.com wishes to establish a relationship of trust and collaboration with its affiliates, therefore, it will attend to all the claims in order to seek an agreement before applying the content of this point in the contract.
                                14. Industrial and intellectual property rights and corporate image.
HaffiliatiON.com reserves the right to authorise the use of the content of its web site to the other party although this must previously be requested in writing. The affiliate undertakes to respect the industrial rights of any kind held by Haffiliation.com and not disclose to third parties the know-how which HaffiliatiON.com might inform the affiliate of as a result of the commercial relationship, and will not encroach on these rights nor modify them in any way.
                                15. Renunciation of own jurisdiction.
The parties renounce the jurisdiction which might correspond to them and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Majadahonda in the cases where this is required by Law and to arbitration in the cases of interpretation of the clauses of this contract, thus, they would appeal to the jurisdiction of the arbitration Tribunals and Boards of Majadahonda, as stipulated in Law 36/1988, of December 5, on Arbitration and Royal Decree 636/1993, of May 3 on the Arbitration System.
